Product Description
Leisuretime’s chemical line-up is made specifically for your hot tub and swim spa and our filter clean is made to remove the build-up of harmful solids and organics that are collected on the filter.
This product is a blend of cleaning agents and degreasers especially formulated to penetrate deeply into any reusable cartridge filter or D.E. element and remove the accumulated materials such as body oil, grease, dirt, and soap scum. By so doing, the cartridge is thoroughly cleaned and “renewed”, allowing it to be used again. Clean the filter cartridge every few weeks or at least every time you change the water, depending upon the bathing load.
Directions for Use
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with it’s labeling.
Filter cartridge should be cleaned when it indicates being blocked or dirty by a decrease in the flow rate. Stop filter and remove cartridge. Make a solution of 4 oz. of this product to 1 gallon of water in a 5 gallon plastic pail or a small trash can. Enough solution should be made to cover the cartridges. Place cartridge upright in solution and allow to soak for several hours or overnight. Remove cartridge and rinse thoroughly with hose.
DO NOT SOAK YOUR ORANGE ECOPUR FILTERS.
Replace cartridge and resume filtration.
